{ JUNE LOVE: a Crate Paper and Elle's Studio layout }

I wanted to document my new passion for sewing.
Just a fun layout, mayde in no time at all!
Just wanted to make a cool background :
I cut one sheet of Crate Paper paper in pieces and randomly placed them and sewed them on white cardstock, then layered my photo and added these circles and chipboard "clothes line" bits.

The title is made out of 2 Elle's Studio tags and all the other items are from Crate Paper The Pier

My journaling is printed on vellum and stitched on the paper.

une petite page faite en très peu de temps hier soir, pour documenter ma nouvelle passion pour la couture!
Le fond a été fait en découpant une feuille Crate Paper et en collant puis cousant les morceaux de manière aléatoire. Puis je me suis amusée à faire des superpositions sous ma photo. 
J'ai ensuite coupé ces jolies "étendages" en carton de la collection The Pier de Crate Paper et je les ai mis dans des cercles de la même collection. 
Le titre est fait avec 2 étiquettes Elle's Studio. 
Et voilà! honnêtement je n'ai pas mis plus d'une demi-heure pour la faire, j'avais juste cogité avant sur le fond de page et avait choisi le papier que j'allais utiliser. 
Voilà une page très "free" que j'adore. 

Allez allez c'est mercredi , le gâteau au chocolat embaume la maison et les petits attendent leurs amis pour jouer au jardin.

I made a self portrait, inspired by Mindy Gledhill song.

{ Elle's studio thursday sketch }

ok I am running late, I don't blog and scrap as much as I wish I could but my life is full of love and events so it is ok, right??



The girl finally stopped crying every morning to go to school! I was soooooooooooo glad I was finally able to scrap her "back to school" photos!!



I used last week's thursday sketch at Elle's studio, 2 of their fab tags and the amazing new Crate paper collections : farmhouse and random!!




Ok je suis en retard sur pas mal de choses, je ne blog pas assez, je ne scrappe pas assez, mais ma vie est pleine d'amour et de choses à faire, alors??!!

Ma fille a finalement cessé de pleurer pour aller à l'école! pour fêter cela j'ai fait une page avec les fabuleux tags Elle's studio et les nouvelles collections de chez Crate paper: farmhouse et Random!!

Just back from a week with my parents in the south of France.

And there I am the one taking photos all the time, trying to catch bits of laughters, pieces of joy,

that is what I am, here and there: the memory keeper:






Like a Magpie, I collect pieces , bits of our lifes, because that is all we have : moments, and we must cherish them.

{ very random tuesday!!}

hello friends!!


this is going to be a long post!! so I will start with some scrappy things!!

here is my take on this week's sketch at Elle's studio!! I am crazy about their tags and I looooove their thursday sketches:)

we had the best week end going to a safari park in the south of France! the kids were crazy happy seeing lions and otters, tigers and snakes!!
















They ended up THAT happy ......................




and THAT dirty!!!





oh yes , it was perfection!


Just one final word my friends!

just to say how happy and blessed I feel to have entered the world of scrapbooking and blogging a bit more than a year ago now: I made so many friends and I find it amazing to communicate in a foreign language with so many talented and wonderful ladies!

this afternoon I recieved a parcel from Nashville (I mean : how cool is that when you live in a small toaw in France !!!) form my dearest friend Sheri! she is probably the nicest person on the surface of this earth: look at what she included for me :


that put a grin on my face for the rest of the day!!

un post un peu long pour parler de scrap, de Peaugres ce week-end et d'une surprise reçue des USA dans ma boite aux lettres!
