{ perfect day}

Today is a perfect special day as we are celebrating our 7th anniversary!
7 years of complicity, love and laughters! My man is the most supportive, funny, happy man on earth!

I have a layout to share that goes perfectly well with today's feeling!
Over at the studio challenge blog the challenge this week was to create a layout about one's perfect day!
so I used my favorite American craft papers (the new dear Lizzy enchanted line) and created this layout:

journaling reads:
games and laughters with nice children!
time for myself, time to create.
A good dinner at the restaurant
Richard's presence and our complicity.
a good walk together, under the sun.
the end of afternoon light on the garden.
simple pleasures, perfect harmony.
hidden journaling reads:
perfect days... our life is full of these, of moments of pure harmony which fill me with a feeling of well-being , of fulfillness. Of course like any other family we go through hard times , but they are so little compared to our perfect days.

everything is Dear Lizzy including the alphabet and I used their gorgeous journaling tags to list the different aspects of my own perfect day!
the crocheted flower is also dear Lizzy but from the spring line.


I have another layout to share, about a different kind of celebration! I did this layout about my boy's first brithday! I used crate paper restoration papers and embellishments. the journaling cards are ELLE's studio. I created this flower and sewed the rectangles to give more texture.




It is really cold here!! had to put a woolen hat on my baby's head!! can't beleive it! i am not looking forward to the winter!! gosh! more colds and running noses....

aujourd'hui je partage avec vous 2 pages.
la première a été faite pour le nouveau challenge du studio challenge blog : il fallait scrapper un jour parfait. j'ai utilisé des papiers et des étiquettes Dear Lizzy enchanted d'American craft! ils sont tellement féminins! la fleur en crochet et les alphabets sont aussi de Dear Lizzy mais de la ligne du printemps dernier.

la deuxième page est faite pour l'anniversaire de mon boy. 1 an déjà! j'ai utilisé des papiers crate paper et des journaling cards de chez Elle's studio.

j'aurais bientôt une bonne nouvelle côté scrap à partager avec vous!

voilà, aujourd'hui c'est notre 7eme anniversaire avec mon homme ! une bien belle occasion de fêter la joie d'être ensemble! C'est l' homme le plus drôle, le plus gentil et le plus attentif qui soit.

{ christmas in september/ Noel en septembre }

and here we are right in middle of the week! i have not been able to update before but i have been very busy at home and work!

i want to share 2 layouts today:
The first one i had soooo much fun to do . It is all restoration paper and i sent it for a crate paper contest. go and check over at crate paper's blog for more informations!









The second one i did for the studio challenges!! this week's challenge was really challenging! you had to use holiday stash on a non holiday layout!!
At first I thought I would skip this one, but then i found these cosmo cricket christmas papers in my stash (they are 2 years old!!) and i thought I would use them and write a letter to father christmas!!

so here it is!

everyday is christmas day!
so this year for chritsmas i will not ask for anything new, i would like what i have already!! and that this happiness never ends!

I am really glad i discovered the studio challenges! their challenges really help me push my creativity! and the DT members are really encouraging!

alors voilà deux petites pages dont je suis assez contente!
la première est faite uniquement avec des papiers restoration de crate paper

la deuxième je l'ai faite pour le challenge de la semaine sur le blog: the studio challenges: il fallait utiliser des papiers de "saison" (noël, halloween, ...) sur une page qui n'a aucun rapport avec la saison!! alors j'ai utilisé ces vieux papiers cosmo cricket acheté pour noël il y a 2 ans et j'ai écrit une lettre au père noël! pour lui dire que cette année je veux juste ce que j'ai déjà! parce que je me sens tellement heureuse!!

heureuse mais très occupée!! alors je vous laisse en vous remerciant tous pour vos encouragements et en vous souhaitant une merveilleuse journée!

hi everyone!! just a quick post!!
soooo busy with kiddos , house chores, and blah blah blah!!!!!!

so just wanted to share one layout I made for the studio challenge blog! they have great challenges over there! and a such a talented DT!
The challenge was to scrap your favorite food or drink.
I had to use my newly arrived restoration papers by Crate papers! I am soooooooo in love with this whole collection!!

On a more personnal side, i wasn't chosen to be part of creative scrappers DT! Kristine had to choose from over 200 applications! I do hope that one day I will be part of a DT ! meanwhile, I guess I have to wait patiently for this dream to come true. Waiting is not an easy thing for me!
So scrapping, searching for my own creativity, creating what feels right for me, and enjoying the porcess , I suppose are the best ways to fill my time while I am waiting!

bonjour!! un petit passage au milieu de la tourmente d'un mercredi bien rempli!
juste pour partager une page faite pour le studio challenge! j'ai utilisé mes nouveaux papiers "restoration" de Crate paper qui sont à tomber par terre!

pour le reste , je n'ai pas été choisie pour la DT de creative scrappers! un peu déçue mais il faut dire qu'il n'y a avait que 16 membres pour 200 candidatures! j'essaierai une autre fois et pour que le temps passe plus vite , il me faudra le remplir de façon intelligente! prendre le temps de créer selon mon coeur, développer mon style, scrapper pour mes enfants.

As far as i can remember i have always loved birthdays! mine as well as other's.
I see at as a way of celebrating life, the life of beloved ones!
So when it comes to celebrate my children's life, I get very emotional !
One year ago my baby boy was born!!
We had a little party on thursday night, at home !! so sweet to see how happy he was to open his presents and eat his cake!! sweetie!
isn't it amazing to be able to live these moments? I feel blessed to have happy healthy children! being a mother is sometimes enough to feel fulfiled!





I made this layout with echo park papers, a mix of summertime and a walk in the park! love the photo!
A very simple design in order to focus on the photo.
doesn't it look as if my boy was falling from the sky into his daddy's arms, like an angel!!

hence the title: fallen from the sky !

I also wanted to share this layout I made using one of Kim Watsons sketch that you can find here
I loved its simple deign. I had to use my new "enchanted" dear Lizzy papers! they are fabulous!
I did this for the Studio challenge blog: last sunday they had a challenge about scrapping birthdays!! just in time for me!! Hope you like it!

{ wednesday at home! }

This year the major change in my time table is that i do not work on wednesdays!! which means i can stay home with the kiddos and enjoy taking time
1. to take breakfast , while reading "eat , pray , love" ( so fantastic!!)
2. to play and get dressed



3. to do some food shopping!
4. eat outside under the trees to enjoy september sunshine
5. to read long stories before naptime
6. to feed my blog!! and scrap!!!!
7. to do some cleaning up in my scraproom!

so many blessings!!!!

tThe first one I made for Creative scrappers.I have applied to be part of their DT so I hope Kristine (the founder) likes it!! I shall have an answer by september 15th!
I wanted a "man" kind of atmosphere. I don't usually use black backgrounds so i am not sure if it really works! you tell me!
Everything is from my Magpie Club august kit, which i am having sooo much fun to play with!











The second layout is also about our holidays!

voilà donc deux pages faites d'abord pour le site creative scrappers (j'ai répondu à leur appel de DT et j'espère être choisie! on verra ça le 15 septembre!) et une autre page que j'adore avec les produits Jenny bowling studio sur nos vacances en Italie!

Aujourd'hui et pour la première fois de ma carrière je profite de mon mercredi et du plaisir de prendre le temps de m'occuper tranquillement des enfants sans me presser.
Du temps pour eux et pour moi: le rêve! passez aussi un bon mercredi et merci de votre visite!

{ happy saturday! }

oh ! I am having such a happy saturday! enjoying the sunshine, eating outside under the trees and having a rest. Such a great feeling!

This week was very "interesting", i would say, having to return to work after A year and a half of being a stay at home mum!! I became again : the teacher who sometimes has to give nasty looks to the pupils in order to be respected; a role i find a bit hard to enter sometimes, considering i am probably the most cheerful , smiling person ! But i love my job and it was so nice to see all these young faces in front of me in class! some happy, others reluctant to come to school(yet another year!!) , some really shy and scared! I hope this year will go fine and that i will be able to give these kids a real insight on french litterature and language beauties!!

and there that happened too! My girl going back to shool! no tears so far - fingers crossed!


Between preparation for work and dealing with 2 kiddos( i mean running from my school , to her school, to his nanny; doing the food shopping, cleaning, giving baths and cooking, reading bedtime stories and cuddling baby because his teeth are so painfully growing...! being a mum ! ) I managed to scrap a bit!

I did this I love:
